FO4 power armor was close to a vehicle as they got but that might as well been horse code for all I know.
It does suck they can’t do vehicles since it would be nice to have a motorcycle in Fallout or a mad max car.
Oh and Larians entire back catalog is great. They were definitely eurojank back then but Divine Divinity and Div2 is good games.
I would be impressed if they did it in Gamebryo/Creation Engine and solve the “everything is a cell” problem. I mean, No man’s Sky and Elite Dangerous exist and have shown seem less space travel. One guy with DarkBasic did it in the Evochron games for decades.
This comes off as a hey look look at me I can do it in a cave with a box of scraps but BUGTHESDA can’t in 7 years?!
Should be noted that Grummz was the architect behind the “Firefall bus” and one of the first to jump into GamerGate in a big way.
He’s an asshole and troll that sank his company despite having a decent game due to narcissistic rants and constant changes. I’m almost certain he was fired or convinced to resign from Blizzard due to his toxic attitude.
Lately he’s been very “anti Xbox” all of a sudden which makes me think he tried to get a job over there or something. His last claim was that all the Xbox YouTubers are being paid by MS because nobody could actually like the console/platform.
He is to be ignored and forgotten.
Outside of blatant click bait my issue with the channels is once it starts getting interesting, the video is over. Ever played RAGE1? Like that ending. (Credits roll when you think act 3 is about to start)
I’d feel their videos would be better with 10 more minutes of content and slow the fuck down on making so many videos. Why the fuck they have 7 channels?
I have a Retroid Pocket 3+ and an Ambernic RG351v.
The RG is a super Game Boy looking device that handles 8-16 bit very well as well as PlayStation 1 (if you can read the text). Runs Linux and I have a few Linux and DOS Box games installed such as a port of Commander Keen (Genius) and Epic Pinball as well as WinXP Space cadet pinball just cause.
The RP3 is a widescreen Android device that does that + PSP/Dreamcast/Saturn/N64 very well and some GameCube and PS2 (it’s picky). Also it’s android so native Android games can be played on it as well to an extinct. For some reason it won’t let me install the Android versions of Doom., But it can play CoD Mobile.
Honestly I would recommend the RG3XX for the low cost end as you don’t need that analog stick much and RG3+ on the higher end. If you need more, steam deck although you ain’t fitting that even in a JNCO pocket.
MS knows that everyone is gonna have their own Sub service just like how Netflix spawned all the Hulus and Disney+s., and it’s already started with EA and Ubisoft. To stay relevant they need to own the content, not just rent.
To keep GP relevant they need to cater to all types of gamers. You need RPGs, shooters, indies, classics, strategys, casuals, sims etc. “Something for everyone”.
I’ma be honest, I’ll consider this a win if Phil does actually get Raven on Hexen 3 like he kinda hinted at. Let’s get Warcraft 4 or Prototype 3, some new Tony Hawk. There are a lot of dead IPs that can use a comeback that isn’t just a remaster. Maybe they can go back and fix Warcraft 3 and make an Xbox port so that I can lay back on my couch and play that like I have done with AoE2.
If they decide to keep things business as usual it’s gonna suck.
