I’ve checked all my usual sites and none have it available. There’s apparently someone selling the DVD, but I have no idea how legit the site is:
I recently used shreddit with the --gdpr-export-dir flag and it worked perfectly.
I’ve had the same experience. Most scripts just erase the comments available directly through your reddit profile, which is limited to the most recent ~2000 posts that you’ve made. To fully erase anything and everything, you need to request all your data from reddit, download the .zip and feed it into an application like shreddit.
You’ll want to use something like text-generation-webui for LLMs. Not sure if this one is supported yet though.
You really shouldn’t use uTorrent. There are a number of safer and better open source alternatives out there.
It was probably the content moderators if it was a controversial movie like you said. There’s not really a way to find out what happened unless you contact the admins.
I have used a GTX1080 for years. There have been minor issues under Wayland but it worked pretty much flawless with Xorg. Just set up the proprietary Nvidia drivers and you’re good to go. The only thing to keep in mind is your temps, because the drivers (still) do not support dynamic down-clocking and so you’re sitting at the highest clock rate by default.
NOLF is stuck in license limbo as far as I know. You can get it here for free: http://nolfrevival.tk/
You’re right, I must’ve gotten that mixed up. Still, Ruud is based in the Netherlands and I’m not sure how the hosting laws work across country borders. Strangely enough, the-federation.info lists lemmy.world as hosted in the United States…
Honestly, I don’t blame them one bit. People need to keep in mind that these instances and sites are provided for free by private individuals and not large companies with armies of lawyers. I wouldn’t want to fight a potential lawsuit for “enabling piracy”, no matter how much bullshit it is. If the admins of dbzer0 have taken the necessary precautions, great! Just join their instance if that’s what you’re looking for.
I don’t think there’s a guide for your specific use case, but it’s essentially no different from running any other windows installer on Linux. You will have to set up Wine (a guide is on their website) and once that’s done, it’s basically just double-clicking the setup.exe.
Ok boomer
sorry
