Oh yeah, its his party, he’s just the face.
It’s the offshoot of the same party that led Albert Einstein to distance himself from the concept of Israel back in the late 1940s.

Also, allegedly that most of the reason Hamas got to execute their October 7th plot in the first place was that Bibi had all of those soldiers off intimidating the judges that were overseeing his multiple criminal trials

You realize that Netenyahu and his fascist Likud party are the ones responsible for eliminating democracy in Israel?

And DC.
And Iowa
And South Carolina.
And New Hampshire.

All places where Trump had less than 60% of the GOP vote

Except Trump isnt overwhelmingly popular within his own party. Yes it’s a strong majority within the GOP but its not a stranglehold. Nicki Haley was getting a consistent 40-45% of the GOP voters.

They’ve been trying for at least 30 years, probably closer to 50-60 TBH.

One of the concepts they(RIAA/MPAA) were looking into for the entire CD/DVD era was the idea of a time-limited disk that would only work for a short period of time before becoming unreadable.

By the time they got it working, Steam was already a thing and distribution through physical media was on the way out.

Now they control movie theaters through streaming. They stream the movies to the theaters, the theaters rarely get physical or even digital copies anymore. It just gets streamed right to the projector.

Automation and Beam NG. You can make cars in the former and it has tools to import them into the latter where you can drive them around.

I made a hot-hatch with a supercharged V6 that can go well over 300kph. Also have reproduced the Jaguar xj220 and an 1980s Camaro.

The former is insane, it’s just raw power. I fiddled with it and now it is a mid engine supercar that does wheelies when accelerating.

The Camaro is just hilarious fun though.

Not a sweet spot.

Morrowind was amazing because it is a hand built world. Oblivion had the same core error as Starfield: an overreliance on procedural generation.

For Skyrim they did it right. Just the right amount of procedural generation with enough manual work that things worked out.

You can’t overlook the modding scene either. Oblivion had a great mod community with a lot of people getting into it and cutting their teeth there. So when Skyrim came out they were experts and made a lot of amazing mods, particularly framework mods.

But almost all of them are done and gone or corrupted into paid mods(e.g. Elianora, Kinggath(FO4)). So Starfield will never get a good modding scene because the core modding community doesn’t exist now.

I’ll add that one of the biggest hurdles/flaws to the fundamental architecture of the design of AI is their inability to reapply a specific use case in a slightly different scenario.

This was a flaw that came out of self driving development and, as far as I understand, plays a major role in why the hype on it died off really fast. Adding more to the model can’t fix that flaw.

I had a 20-30 minute commute each way on transit or a 1 hour walk. Still love working from home more.

Okay, so their approach to disenfranchised voters:

  1. No actual voting change.
  2. No voting reform.
  3. No enforcement of existing laws forcing companies to give people 8 hours to vote.
  4. We’ll give them more days they can vote on! Sure that’s the problem.

Eat the rich.

shocked Pikachu face
Jeez, you’re telling me the oil industry Lied?

Oh. My. God.

Next you’ll be telling me that the pipelines they jammed into BC aren’t actually good for the country or the province.

Oh of course. But I was following the code standard set by the first one. I suspect everyone else was too.

Because its a non issue to developers.

It was only a hand wringing thing by internet bloggers.

Yeah the restaurant should have refused, or made him sign first. Where I am, that order is illegal for the restaurant to do. It’s not an option.

As such, I absolutely place the blame on him.

I suggest you do too.

The whiny guy ordered the burger to be medium done. He got it the way he wanted.

He is literally eating what he ordered, and was shocked when the restaurant tried to cover their ass for letting him order an undercooked burger.

Trudeau looks great, gives decent speeches.

Absolutely spineless and rudderless when it comes to actual decisions.

So now we’re on track to get a guy that makes Mike fucking Johnson seem like a upright and well adjusted individual.

You can. But it then has to route through their modem+router single piece unit.

E.g. I have my own router which handles everything I need. But I switched ISPs recently to save 70$ per month, and the new company router has parts of its functionality, like turning off the wifi, built into their smartphone app and disabled in the admin panel.

Also the username and password for the unit is, by default, admin/admin. In 2023.

First did it in Kotor because the female PC had much more fun conversation choices with Bastilla(namely she’d be a catty bitch towards you and it was hilarious.)

Then in Elder Scrolls Oblivion because if you wanted to look good, all of the best looking clothing and armor was for CBBE body.

Mass Effect 1-3 because the female PC had better lines and better inflection on the sarcastic lines.

World of Warcraft as a blood elf because when I tried it for shits n giggles I made 25 gold in the first hour of play from people just throwing gold and items at me for no reason.

You missed the bit that game companies have to have their servers physically located in China.

Let’s apply Occam’s Razor. We all created these juggernaut social media vampires in the 2000s as an alternative to isolated forums and the first federation attempts with Webrings. When it started, Facebook was a good thing.

He could simply be repeating the same mistake the entire internet did by embracing monolithic social media sites in the first place.

The NDP aren’t left wing anymore under silver-spoon Jagmeet. Dude’s just another trust fund baby like Trudeau.

Let’s not forget that the downtown Eastside was improving and getting better.

When the non profits forced the companies who took a risk on the location out.

I had a Sony Bluetooth MP3 player that accidentally got through a full washer and drier sequence.

And worked out of the wash for another 3 years.

Their software was garbage, but christ some of hardware was Nokia levels of tough.

The Sony minidisc players were decent hardware, but the app that loaded music onto the discs was completely garbage.

It would set the bit rate down to sub 40kbps(so it looked like you had mp3 Cd levels of storage, and would move the original music files it “loaded” deep into %appdata% to try and hide the originals from you.

You mean Mulroney. Chretien saved the country from that asswipe of a person.

The best part of creation is its sandbox-ibility and open world functionality.

It’s the very thing unreal engine is completely horrible at.

An issue is that Bethesda might be getting deluded into thinking that Fallout 4 on its own was fantastic.

It is, on its own, very boring. The story is bland, characters left unexplored. But the mods make it amazing.
Sim settlements alone revitalizes the game, changing settlement building into an optional and story driven thing, particularly in its version 2.
The vertibirds mods which not only fix the abysmal default abilities, but even let you call one in as air support.
Various mods that add travellers on the roads and paths, so you encounter other people.
The mods that let you turn the feral ghouls into zombie hordes.
The list goes on.

Is there any proof that the oil and gas subsidies make it cheaper?

Price of a liter of gas in
NYC is $1.07 US
Dallas Texas is $0.64
Seattle is $1.29
LA is $1.18

Toronto is $1.08
Calgary is $1.00
Vancouver is $1.31
Halifax is $1.35

London England is $1.88
Berlin is $2.08

Fun fact, Calgary, Vancouver and Seattle should all be the same price. The latter two get product for free from a Canadian government built pipeline, that dates from the 1950s.

No, we’re huge emitters because the oil industry isn’t properly held in check.

Alberta and Saskatchewan on their own are about half of the emissions for the entire country. For actual per person emissions, we’re in reality slightly better than China.

The easiest example as to why the carbon tax is stupid:
The carbon tax was introduced in BC under Gordon Campbell’s hyper conservative and extreme pro oil government.

If it was ever going to accomplish anything other than looking good and giving the oil and gas industry a tax break, they wouldn’t have done it.

The concept of a carbon tax isn’t forcing oil and gas companies to do immediate things, it’s just them paying the logging industry to plant some trees in a place that was already logged and was going to be replaced and logged again in the future.

It had language built into it that allows them to keep it in place. They can just stock the board that oversees the scabbing with their buddies.

Exactly like how Harper fucked up the oil and gas industry oversight board by firing all of the scientists and replacing them with oil industry lobbyists.

Given that Gregor Robertson, when he was mayor was openly threatened by a Shaughnessy residents association, and immediately bowed to their wishes, yeah absolutely nothing.

Video shows PP is a flaming, hateful bigot.

Canadian conservatives: whaddaboutism!

Fact remains that the Harper government was an exponential magnitude more corrupt than even Trudeau is now.

There is no place for scabs in any legislation except outright banning them.

Because we already have essential worker legislation that ensures public health and safety.

Christ, I can already hear the screeching fascists in Alberta and Sask about this thought already.
