That happens all the time. Regardless of swearing. Maybe your IP got renewed and the person that had it before you was a spamming.

Unless you mean you actually put a curse on Google?

It doesn’t though, and trust me when I say that between my career and interests, I probably use google more than 98% of the population and this is the first time it has ever happened.

Happens to me almost anytime I use Google with a VPN active

Do you use a VPN?

I get this all the time when I’m connected to a commercial VPN.

I’ve seen it when submitting a number of similar searches sometimes, or when obtaining many search results.

Google doesn’t care about your search contents containing profanity. The ToS issue is gonna be bots hitting their system or similar. I would expect that they’re trying to disrupt SEO people who try to reverse-engineer and game their search result rankings.

Isn’t this an anti-ddos page? Happens all the time at my school because we’re 3000 people using one connection.

If it’s over VPN, then it could be your VPN server got flagged. If not, then it’s probably just an unusual number of queries. Usually works to wait a few minutes either way.

I’m happy to see I’m not the only one that Google searches like this after a certain level of frustration. “How the fuck do I do the thing and why did they change it in the first place? This is fucking stupid, Google, why can’t you just answer my fucking question, you dumb shit?”

It used to be a quick trick to find good forum responses but since google doesn’t care about any forums but reddit anymore it doesn’t really work like it used to.

Yeah, this time was pure frustration, especially due to all the top and AI responses being from before microsoft dropped their display.cpl.

Literally zero answers across google, bing, yahoo, and ddg, just google was the only search engine shitty enough to block be for it.
