Can we build an AI manager that just keeps asking for different shades of red?

Yes, naming things one of the three hard computing problems left along with cache invalidation.

Isn’t Service Now just help desk software? A ticketing system? I only know it from the user side, but it looks basic. What makes it shitty?

Oauth2 is being used as well as 2FA. We’re not breaking any of that. My local email server will be running on company equipment. I already have ITs approval on this.

I’ve always used multiple email clients. Mutt or mu4e for organization and tasking. OWA for quick emails and the calendar. Since we’ve gone to 2FA, that all stopped until I found davmail. OWA search is really bad, compared to mu or not much anyway.

I want a central server. I don’t want to do mbox again.

Yup, its already setup. I’ve currently got mutt running with a davmail middle, but its slow. A long time ago, we just had IMAP enabled and I used mbsync for a while with a local mbox. But it slowly turned into a mess. Since then we’ve enabled 2FA on O365 and so far I’ve only gotten davmail to work.

O365 email local cache
Work uses O365 and I'm getting a little frustrated with OWA. Thinking about running a local email server to mirror O365. In the end, I want to keep my email in O365, but have a 2 way sync with a local imap server. Looks like I have a few options on the email server - dovecot/cyrus/stalwart. For the syncing, I just see mbsync. Any experience setting up something similar? Any other options other than what I listed? Edit: IT knows what I'm doing. I'm not going to compromise any compliance requirements we have.

These types of threads always has developers stuck with old versions of the jdk. Its amazing to me that many IT departments allow unsupported software on their network.

That’s interesting. Are there other large non public gaming companies? I actually want to ask this outside of gaming, but don’t want to stray outside the community.

If AI ever solves the DWYM problem, we’re in trouble. Fortunately, it’ll probably solve it the way a programmer does.

If you’re going to rearrange code, have that as a separate check in from changing code.

I like electron because it makes my swing apps look efficient and peformant.
